Location: Remote (Kolkata-based company)

Experience: Fresher to 6 months – 1 year

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Role:

RECX is hiring an Internal Recruiter for in-house hiring support. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates remotely

Conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers

Maintain candidate databases and trackers

Support onboarding and HR tasks

Eligibility:
