Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process.Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to on boarding)
Manage hiring through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and organisational abilities
Understanding of recruitment processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 6 months to 3 year preferred.
