HR Recruiter

 Job Title: HR Recruiter (Blue-Collar Hiring)

 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff, Field Staff, Supervisors, Helpers Picker and packer , etc.)

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local networks

• Conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face screening

• Schedule interviews and coordinate joining formalities

• Maintain daily hiring tracker, vacancy status, and joining reports

• Build a strong candidate pipeline for urgent and bulk requirements

• Follow up with selected candidates to reduce dropouts

• Conduct basic verification of documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details)

• Support onboarding, orientation, and initial training

• Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower needs

• Ensure timely closure of all position requirements

 Skills Required:

·       Strong communication skills

·       Good convincing and negotiation skills

·       Field-sourcing ability and willingness to travel locally

·       Basic knowledge of HR & recruitment processes

·       Good networking skills to build local manpower connections

·       Ability to multitask and manage bulk hiring
