The role You own a monthly joining target. Not calls made, not interviews scheduled

people who join and show up.

You'll source from JobHai, Apna, Naukri, walk-ins, and referrals; screen on the phone; run interviews; and chase every candidate from offer to Day 1. That gap is where most recruiters lose the number. Closing it is your job.

Responsibilities

• Hit a monthly joining target — the number is the job

• Source daily across job portals, walk-ins, and referrals

• Screen on the phone and shortlist fast — high volume, quick judgement

• Schedule and run interviews

• Follow up relentlessly from offer to joining

• Handle onboarding docs; keep the hiring tracker live

• Report daily: sourced → screened → interviewed → offered → joined

Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruitment bulk hiring, BPO, staffing, or consultancy preferred

• Must have worked on a hiring target. Tell us the number and whether you hit it.

• Fluent Hindi; English for documentation

• Comfortable on the phone all day

• Organised you'll track 50+ candidates at once and lose none

• Graduate (MBA/HR a plus, not required)

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
