Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of HR Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet business requirements. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage job postings and maintain candidate databases
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers candidates can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an added advantage
