Hiring Position: HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for End to End Recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff
Sourcing, Screening and conducting preliminary interviews
Reviewing resumes and applications
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
Recruitment MIS
Will act as Regional HR Executive and assigned with multiple schools/locations within assigned region.
Manage and coordinate Interviews with hiring Principals/GM in the region and Head Office
Walk-ins management
Work in Sync with Team and Manager/s.
Need based traveling to assigned locations for executing the work
All other relevant duties to perform in HR function
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on board
Should be open of travelling
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Required Skills:

Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods
Knowledge of local language will be preferred
MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
