Job Description:-
Managing the end to end recruitment process.
Sourcing, screening and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal, Reference, head hunting.
Shortlisting Task/Activities, final interview, salary negotiation, on boarding.
Collaborating with department Heads to identify hiring needs.
Designed job profile and job specification and poaching strategy for leadership roles.
Tie ups with vendors and freelancers for hiring through external stakeholders.
Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information to assess talent pipeline for current and future needs as well as facilitate feedback conversations with key stakeholder and candidates
Experience in financial service industry preferred
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Addressing and resolving queries on timely basis Extensive coordination between - employees, managers.
