HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at Pioneer E Solutions Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ IT Recruitment (70%) – Source and recruit candidates for technical positions, including relevant IT and software-related profiles.
✅ Non-IT Recruitment (30%) – Manage hiring for business and other non-technical functions.
✅ End-to-End Recruitment – Handle the complete hiring lifecycle, from resume sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
✅ Candidate Sourcing & Talent Mapping – Utilize Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
✅ Screening & Interview Management – Evaluate candidate profiles, assess suitability, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
✅ Stakeholder Management – Work closely with hiring teams to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.

🎯 Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for recruitment professionals who have:
🔹 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
🔹 Strong exposure to IT and technical hiring
🔹 Good knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
🔹 A target-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
