Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing candidates, resume screening, telephonic interviews, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, salary negotiation, and onboarding. The candidate should have good knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes and be able to hire for both corporate and manufacturing roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Conduct salary discussions and negotiate offers.

• Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.

• Support manpower planning and timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory; a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience hiring for manufacturing, sales, operations will be an advantage.

• Must have a strong LinkedIn network with the ability to source and connect with relevant candidates.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing techniques will be an advantage.

• Experience in building and maintaining a candidate database and talent pool.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
