PeopleFeed HR Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in domestic or overseas recruitment and be passionate about sourcing, screening, and placing quality candidates.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of recruitment experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Naukri, Job Hai, Indeed, or similar job portals.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience in overseas recruitment will be an added advantage.
