Key Responsibilities:

· Understand and address the talent needs of clients.

· Source and screen candidates based on job specifications.

· Brief candidates on job opportunities and ensure alignment to client need.

· Follow up with candidates and track interview outcomes.

· Coordinate with clients to manage openings and feedback.

· Maintain and analyse recruitment data to improve strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
3 years of recruitment experience in banking and finance sector. Freshers can also apply.
Strong communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
