Job Title: HR Recruiter / HR Executive

Job Type: Full Time

Job Description:

We are hiring HR Recruiters to manage end-to-end recruitment and achieve monthly hiring targets.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates from job portals, social media, and references
Screen candidates and conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the hiring team
Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports
Close positions as per company hiring requirements

Requirements:

Graduate in any field
0–3 years experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills

Skills:

Recruitment | Candidate Screening | Interview Coordination | MS Excel / Google Sheets

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives
