About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join the dynamic recruitment team. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying top talent to successful hiring, with a particular focus on leadership, niche, and critical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through platforms such as Naukri, Foundit, and other recruitment channels.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final offer.

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters and interns.

• Develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies.

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and candidate engagement.

• Ensure timely candidate closures within defined TAT.

• Prepare and present recruitment MIS reports.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques.

• Experience in mentoring junior team members.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong target-oriented approach to recruitment.

• Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.

Qualifications

🎓 Graduate degree – Mandatory
⭐ MBA in HR – Preferred
