Open Positions (1 Opening Each):

1. Recruitment Executive

• Focus: Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for our corporate clients.

• Goal: Identifying top talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment pipeline.

2. Course Counselor / Sales Executive

• Focus: Interacting with job seekers to understand their career goals and suggesting the right training programs to help them get hired.

• Goal: Driving admissions and helping candidates bridge their skill gaps.

Job Details:

• 📍 Location: Behala Chowrasta, Kolkata (In-Office)

• 🕚 Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• 💰 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 + High Incentive Potential

• ⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Requirements:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Tech Savvy: Good knowledge of Computers (MS Office, Web Browsing).

• Attitude: A "can-do" mindset with a focus on targets.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
