Job Title: Operations & Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Behala Chowrasta, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time (6 Days a Week)

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: upto ₹10,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and computer-savvy Operations & Recruitment Coordinator to manage daily candidate applications, handle onboarding documentation, coordinate end-to-end recruitment, and track daily delivery performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Applicant Data Management: Maintain and update candidate data on Excel for all job applications received via WhatsApp.

Recruitment: Screen applicants, conduct initial phone interviews, and hire suitable candidates as per requirements.

Coordination & Documentation: Coordinate with shortlisted candidates, collect necessary documents, and complete the onboarding process.

Daily Performance Reporting: Collect daily delivery metrics from hired staff and compile daily performance reports.

Requirements & Eligibility:

Education: Minimum Secondary (10th Pass).

Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi (spoken) and English (reading/writing).

Technical Skills: Computer savvy with functional knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Web.

Communication: Good interpersonal and organizational skills to communicate effectively with candidates and field staff.
