HR Recruiter

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end hiring process, from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.

• Target-Driven Role: Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets by closing open positions efficiently and on time.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.

• Familiarity with candidate sourcing platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Strong communication and evaluation skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadline-driven recruitment targets.
