HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Rohini Sector-08

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds

• Post job openings on portals, social media, and other platforms

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Follow up with candidates for interview scheduling and joining

• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding

• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with good communication can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring

• Knowledge of MS Excel

• Immediate joiners preferred

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
