Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring timely closures as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across levels

• Understand client/company requirements and job specifications

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports

• Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good coordination and follow-up skills

• Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
