Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring timely closures as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across levels
Understand client/company requirements and job specifications
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports
Ensure timely closures and adherence to hiring timelines
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage
