Key Responsibilities :
∙Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates, from sourcing to closure
∙Conduct market research, talent mapping and competitor mapping
∙Identify and source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases,
referrals and other channels
∙Understand client requirements and translate them into effective search strategies
∙Screen, evaluate and assess candidates against role requirements
∙Engage with candidates and build strong professional relationships
∙Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate lifecycle through offer and joining
∙Maintain accurate candidate, market and search intelligence
∙Build strong understanding of industries, organisations, functions and talent
landscapes
∙Ensure quality submissions, timely delivery and strong candidate conversion
∙Work towards defined recruitment targets, closures and delivery objective.
