Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and support the selection process.

• Employee Onboarding: Handle joining formalities, document verification, offer letters, appointment letters, and induction programs.

• Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain employee attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and employee databases.

• Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the accounts or payroll team to ensure accurate salary processing, deductions, and employee records.

• Employee Relations: Address employee queries, support grievance handling, and promote a positive work environment.

• HR Documentation: Maintain employee files, HR records, employment contracts, and confidential documents.

• Statutory Compliance: Assist with applicable labour law compliance, PF, ESIC, professional tax, and other statutory documentation, as relevant.

• Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisals, employee feedback, and probation reviews.

• Training & Development: Identify training requirements and coordinate employee training programs.

• Exit Formalities: Manage resignation documentation, exit interviews, full and final settlement coordination, and employee clearance.

• HR Policies: Communicate company policies and ensure employees follow established HR procedures.
