An overview of the job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms

• Screen resumes based on basic job requirements

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate fit

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate databases in Excel or ATS

• Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates

• Support job posting and basic employer branding activities

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback

Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR, or similar roles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Willingness to learn ATS and recruitment tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
