Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition, team management, and hiring across multiple functions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding selected candidates.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and final interview rounds.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.

• Negotiate salary offers and manage the offer rollout process.

• Coordinate pre-joining documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratio.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

• Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains.

• Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.

• Excellent interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and team leadership abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
