Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource functions within the banking organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and training & development. The role ensures that HR policies and procedures align with the bank’s strategic goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for banking and corporate roles.

• Develop hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals.

• Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding processes.

2. Employee Relations

• Maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues.

• Ensure employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

3. Performance Management

• Implement performance appraisal systems.

• Monitor employee performance and development plans.

• Support managers in performance improvement processes.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and banking regulations.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and organize development programs.

• Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.

6. Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation structures.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).

7. HR Strategy & Reporting

• Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.

Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
