The Human Resources Recruiter Intern will support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate interactions. This internship is designed to provide extensive industry exposure, practical experience with paid job portals, and full training from experienced Team Leaders and Managers.
Assist in managing the entire recruitment workflow from sourcing to selection and onboarding support.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and job suitability.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hiring managers and job seekers.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Maintain organized records of candidate data, job postings, and recruitment activities.
Support the HR team in achieving monthly hiring targets within a pressure-free, guided environment.
Work with paid job portals to enhance sourcing efficiency and industry learning.
Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training from Team Leaders and Managers during the 1-month internship period.
Performance assistance and mentorship to develop full independence and confidence in HR responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with premium paid job portals and real-time recruitment processes.

Job Timings:
11 AM to 6 PM (Part-time)
11 AM to 2 PM / 3 PM to 6 PM (Flex-time)
Break: 2 PM To 3 PM
Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off (Including Indian Holidays)
