HR Intern Job Role

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals - Naukri & LinkedIn and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding Assistance
- Help prepare onboarding documents.
HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and dashboards.
Employee Engagement
- Support planning and execution of engagement activities and events.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper filing of HR documents and adherence to company policies.

Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
