Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who can handle contractor hiring and manpower coordination for projects/sites. The candidate should be capable of sourcing, onboarding, and managing contractors as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contractor & vendor hiring for technical and non-technical manpower

• Sourcing contractors for site engineers, supervisors, technicians, helpers, and labor

• Coordinate with project/site team for manpower requirement

• Negotiation with contractors on rates, manpower strength, and timelines

• Maintain contractor database and manpower records

• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of contractors

• Follow up on manpower deployment and replacements if required

• Coordination with accounts & HR team for contractor billing & attendance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in contractor & vendor hiring

• Good communication & negotiation skills

• Knowledge of manpower outsourcing / contract staffing

• Basic understanding of site/project manpower requirements

• MS Excel & documentation knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent manpower needs
