We are looking for a target-driven HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our empanelled clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in agency/consultancy hiring and must be comfortable handling multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements shared by empanelled clients

• Source candidates using job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and Indeed

• Conduct telephonic and virtual screenings

• Shortlist and submit relevant profiles within TAT

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback

• Manage offer rollouts and salary negotiations

• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and pipeline

• Ensure successful closures and minimize dropouts

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing and screening skills

• Good communication and convincing ability

• Understanding of different job roles (IT / Non-IT / Sales / Operations – specify as

  needed)

• Ability to handle multiple mandates

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (based on experience)

• Performance Incentives per successful closure

• Additional bonuses for achieving monthly target

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment consultancy preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated and disciplined

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
