• Position: HR Recruiter

• Experience:1–3 Years

• Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Salary: Up to ₹20,000

• Benefits : PF & ESIC Applicable

• Incentives: Performance-Based

Preferred Candidate:• Married Female Candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate client interviews.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

• Follow up with candidates until joining.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

• Basic MS Office proficiency.

Salary will be based on interview performance, experience, and knowledge.
