Job Title: HR Recruiter
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
Post job ads on job boards, social media, and career portals
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct reference and background checks
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)
Support employer branding initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–5 years of recruitment experience (depending on role level)
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Experience using ATS and HR software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industry-specific recruitment (IT, healthcare, manufacturing, etc.)
Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
Experience with employer branding and social recruiting
