Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for open positions. The role involves handling end-to-end recruitment and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Post jobs on portals, social media, and other hiring platforms
Source candidates through job portals, references, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule interviews with management
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment data
Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities
Requirements:
1–3 years of recruitment experience (freshers with good communication can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of job portals and basic HR processes
Ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
