We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment and hiring activities. The role involves candidate sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment administration, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various open positions
Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring teams
Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and records using MS Excel
Draft and update job descriptions and recruitment-related documents
Support onboarding activities for new employees
Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Contribute to recruitment initiatives and process improvements
Support the achievement of hiring goals and recruitment timelines
Requirements
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
