Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right talent to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads, and schedule assessments.

• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.

• Coordinate onboarding process for new hires.

• Assist in creating job descriptions and defining role requirements.

• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and universities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Support HR team in other administrative and employee-related activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.

• Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software/ATS is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
