HR Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and assessments.

• Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

• Manage job postings and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS).

• Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

• Stay updated on labor laws, HR trends, and best practices in recruiting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.

• Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in [specific industry or technical roles if applicable].

• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.

• Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus.
