Marconix Sales Solutions is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in BTM Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, candidate engagement, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Manage job postings on various recruitment platforms.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, JobHai, etc. will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
