We’re Hiring: HR Recruiter – BPO Bulk Hiring

Are you passionate about recruitment and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments? We’re looking for a driven Executive Recruiter to join our team and help scale our BPO operations through bulk hiring.

Role Overview:
As an Executive Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for BPO/non-voice/voice roles. You’ll work closely with our hiring managers and help us meet aggressive ramp-up targets through innovative sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do:
-Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO processes (voice/non-voice)
-Source candidates via job portals, walk-ins, social media & referrals
-Conduct screening & coordinate interviews with hiring teams
-Ensure a smooth candidate experience & maintain a strong pipeline
-Track hiring metrics & meet weekly/monthly targets
-Coordinate onboarding with HR/Operations

What We’re Looking For:
-6 months – 2 years of recruitment experience (BPO hiring preferred)
-Excellent communication & coordination skills
-Strong sourcing abilities (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
-Ability to work under pressure & meet hiring deadlines-Self-motivated, organized & result-driven
