An HR Recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process. They collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, write and post job descriptions, source top talent, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate negotiations to build a strong workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively build talent pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and facilitate in-depth interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Partner with department heads to understand their hiring requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and expected timelines.
Offer Management: Coordinate offer letters, negotiate compensation and benefits packages, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate data and generate recruitment metrics (like time-to-hire) using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Typically requires 2-5 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a strong understanding of hiring compliance and employment laws.
