Job Summary

M S Services is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base in the recruitment and staffing industry. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, handling inquiries, and conducting field visits to meet prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.

• Identify and approach potential clients for recruitment and staffing services.

• Handle client inquiries and provide suitable recruitment solutions.

• Schedule and attend client meetings in the field.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.

• Experience in cold calling and field sales.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA (Marketing/HR) preferred.

Experience

• 0 to 1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, or related field.
