We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 4 years of recruitment experience in a staffing consultancy. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and client management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and industries.
Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Follow up with candidates until joining and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Ensure timely closure of positions while meeting quality standards.
