Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and social media platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.

• Conduct telephonic interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Post job openings on job portals and social media.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate with clients and internal recruitment teams.

• Assist in offer roll-out and onboarding coordination.

Eligibility

• Graduate or pursuing Graduation/MBA (HR or any stream).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
