Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Assist with salary negotiation and offer coordination.
Handle joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Maintain good communication and relationships with candidates and employees.
Support day-to-day HR activities as required.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Experience
2–4 year
Graduate in any discipline. HR/MBA specialization will be an added advantage.
