Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Bavla
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Industry Preference: Manufacturing Plant / Construction / Infrastructure
Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for plant, construction, and site-based roles
Sourcing candidates through job portals, references, consultants, and local networks
Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with line managers
Handling bulk and blue-collar hiring when required
Maintaining recruitment data, MIS, and joining reports
Coordinating offer letters, documentation, and onboarding
Liaising with recruitment consultants and manpower agencies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter (Plant / Construction background preferred)
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and local manpower markets
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in factory/site hiring is an advantage
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
