Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Labour Manpower Recruiter who can handle bulk hiring for warehouse and logistics operations in the Bhiwandi–Kalyan area. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and deploying blue-collar workforce such as helpers, loaders, pickers, packers, and delivery staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar workforce (helpers, loaders, pickers, packers, drivers, etc.)

• Source candidates through field hiring, local vendors, job portals, referrals, and social media

• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Ensure timely manpower fulfillment as per business requirements

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring

• Coordinate joining, documentation, and onboarding process

• Maintain daily hiring tracker and reports

• Handle vendor coordination (if applicable) for manpower supply

• Ensure proper attendance and initial retention follow-ups

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in bulk hiring / blue-collar recruitment

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or manpower consultancy preferred

• Strong local network in Bhiwandi / Kalyan / Ulhasnagar/ Ambernath/ Badlapur labour market

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

• Incentives based on hiring targets

• Travel allowance (if applicable)

Preferred Candidate:

• Immediate joiner preferred

• Candidates from manpower consultancy / staffing background

• Familiar with local labour sourcing points in Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Ulhasnagar, Ambernath, Badlapur, Ambadi Wada

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
