Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and role requirements. Manage and optimize job postings on various platforms.
Candidate Management: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and feedback. Arrange and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person, and virtual meetings.
Onboarding: Coordinate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Provide necessary information and assistance to new employees before their start date.
Data Management: Maintain a recruitment database and ensure data accuracy. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate and employee information.
Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place to work, ensuring a positive employer brand. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any.
Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
