Job Summary: 

The HR Recruiter Intern is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. The role includes managing candidate relationships, collaborating with hiring managers to understand the needs of each department, and ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Talent Acquisition: 

• Source and attract candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. 

• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods. Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and role requirements. 

• Manage and optimize job postings on various platforms. 

• Candidate Management: 

• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. 

• Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and feedback. 

• Arrange and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person, and virtual meetings. 

• Onboarding: 

• Coordinate with HR and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 

• Provide necessary information and assistance to new employees before their start date. 

• Data Management: 

• Maintain a recruitment database and ensure data accuracy. 

• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting strategies. 

• Compliance: 

• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations. 

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate and employee information. 

• Employer Branding: 

• Promote the company as a great place to work, ensuring a positive employer brand. 

• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events. 

Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Any. 

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. 

• Skills: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong decision-making skills. 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently. 

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
