Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple industries. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing candidates as per client requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to closure)

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job criteria

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback

• Maintain candidate database and daily reports

• Achieve monthly hiring targets

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (HR preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/staffing

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Preferred Skills:

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of closures per month

• Interview-to-selection ratio

• Candidate turnaround time

• Daily/weekly reporting
