Position:- HR Recruiter

Location: Ramkatora Varanasi Uttar Pradesh

Are you enthusiastic about building a career in Human Resources Our Partner company is looking for energetic HR Recruiter Freshers who are eager to learn and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.

*Key Responsibilities* :-

1. Draft and update job descriptions for multiple roles.

2. Source and connect with candidates through job portals and social media.

3. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidate fit.

4. Post job openings on various hiring platforms.

5. Shortlist candidates and coordinate with internal teams for hiring needs.

6. Assist with background checks and support onboarding procedures.

*Job Requirements* :-

*Experience* : 0 to 2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)

*Skills Required* :-

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Basic knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.

3. Strong decision-making and evaluation skills.

4. Familiarity with online recruitment channels is a plus.

*Salary* :- 20k to 35k
