We have committed 20k salary per month 5 closures, I mean 5 candidates should join any respective company from your end. With respect to the portal access we have given to you. If you are unable to close 5 positions you can even close 3 positions for a 15k salary. At any cost you have to contribute minimum 3 closures for the company towards your salary.
Once the candidate joins any company we have a replacement policy if in case the candidate leaves the company within 3months or promised replacement policy. Your candidate is your responsibility, if they leave within the promised period you have to replace them. So be strict and clear before boarding them, they should work for the long run.
We provide 2 sick leaves per month. And login 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday is a week off and certain Govt holidays we wont work that I will disclose later.
We work from home as of now. We provide company sim cards.
Your salary will be credited on or before 10th to 15th of every month. You may ask why on the 15th of every month because candidates joining, and calculation will be done every month 1st week so. And incentives on the 25th of every month. After your respective closures the total closure value 10% incentives will be given.
