Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities for manufacturing operations, including shop-floor, technical, and staff positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements..
Key Responsibilities : Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor and other staff roles.
Source candidates through job portals, vendors, employee referrals,
Conduct initial screening and interviews
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements and interview scheduling
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Coordinate technical interviews with Production, Quality, and Engineering heads.
Onboarding & Documentation
Manage joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and documentation
Coordinate background verification, and induction programs
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees
Vendor & Institute Coordination
Liaise with manpower consultants, staffing agencies
Support apprenticeship / NAPS / NATS hiring (if applicable)
Compliance & Records
Maintain employee records and recruitment files
Support statutory compliance related to hiring (ESI, PF, Labour laws – basic level)
HR Support Activities
Assist in attendance, leave, and basic HR operations
Support HR audits and internal reporting
Participate in employee engagement and retention initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies
Good communication ,coordination and follow ups skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals,
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is an added advantage
Experience in manufacturing industry is an added advantage.
Qualifications
Graduate / MBA / MSW in Human Resources or related field
