Job Title: HR Admin & Recruiter
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Admin & Recruiter to manage recruitment and HR administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting daily HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews with management
Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and HR reports
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Location: Kharar, Mohali
Salary: 18000 - 28000
