Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident HR Executive Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining employee records. This role is perfect for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants

Handle candidate follow-ups and communication

Maintain employee and recruitment records

Support onboarding and HR operations

Assist in daily HR activities and reporting

Requirements

Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/HR-related course

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes

Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
